Design Consultation

In-person or over-the-phone consultation with one of our consultants who will discuss the details of your design with you and make some recommendations. In this consultation, you will share your ideas and concepts and make suggestions on the elements that you want in your design. In this consultation, the consultant will also go over the details of our Design Contract and give you a verbal (preliminary) price quote.

Finalize your Design Layout and/or Design Selection

Before we can proceed with providing an exact price quote or continue you with your website planning and design, you must first design on a Design Layout and/or Design Selection. You may do this by going to: www.nationsbestdesigns.com/webdesigntemplatelibrary.html

Final Price Quote Delivered to Customer

You will receive a Final Accurate Design Quote which will include an itemized breakdown of the charges involved with you website development. (Delivered via email)

Sign Contract & Make Initial (50%) Deposit to Begin Work

In order to begin the Design Work on your website, we must receive a copy of the Design Contract. At this time, we will begin work on your project. Payment may be made online by Credit Card or Debit Card utilizing our secure payment center administered by PayPal.

Layout Preview

The layout preview will simply be a digital image or .jpg file that is designed to show you what the general layout of your webpage will be. The layout is not an “active” web page. The layout simply reflects the colors, font style, and general style indicated by you during the Design Consultation. (This layout will be delivered to you via email)

Revisions to Layout

Once the layout preview is sent, you can request that further modifications be made to the layout so that it meets your preferences. After your changes are made, the designer will begin building up your entire site.

Photos, Text, & Content

Once your general layout is done, it is imperative that you send us (preferably via email or disk) any photos, text or content that you would like to be included on your site. IMPORTANT!! The design phase cannot move forward until we have the necessary photos to incorporate into headers and hard coded sections of your website. Customer supplied text is also vital!

Website Draft Preview

We will provide you with a test link so you can preview a preliminary working version of your website live on the internet to see how it looks and functions.

Website Draft Revisions

Once the Website Draft is sent, you can request that further modifications be made to the layout so that it meets your preferences.

Publish Website

Website will be delivered to you and published live to the internet.
